Addictive Salad

In a frying pan, melt 1/2 a stick of butter and saute the almonds, sesame seeds and noodles. Smash the noodles prior. Brown lightly, then let cool and set aside. Put the vinegar, canola oil, water, soy sauce and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then let cool and refrigerate for the dressing. Put the almond noodle mixture in the slaw mix, then separate into individual bowls and generously pour the dressing over the top.
