Alfredo Chicken Breasts

Preheat the oven to 425° and coat the chicken in flour. Mix water, eggs, romano cheese, parsley and salt together, then dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then the bread crumbs. Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet. Cook the chicken breasts over medium heat until brown, roughly 15 minutes, turning once. Remove chicken to a 11x17-inch baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce over the chicken and then top each piece of chicken with a slice of mozzarella cheese. Bake until the cheese melts and the chicken is tender, roughly 8 minutes.

Heat whipping cream, water, and butter in a 1-quart saucepan until the butter melts. Add the romano cheese and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes, then stir in the parsley.
