Asparagus with Citrus Dressing

Remove the tough ends of the asparagus, then remove the scales from the stalks with a vegetable peeler. Place the asparagus in an 11x7x2-inch baking dish, then cover tightly with plastic wrap, folding back one corner to allow steam to escape. Microwave at high for 7 minutes or until crisp/tender, turning in half after 3 minutes, then set aside. Place the butter in a 1-quart glass measuring cup and microwave at high for 1 minute or until melted. Stir in the zest and juice and pour over the asparagus.
