Asparagus with Garlic Cream

Stir together all the ingredients except the asparagus. Cover and chill for 8 hours. Remove the tough ends of the asparagus, then boil for 3 minutes oruntil crisp-tender. Drain, then plunge into ice water to halt the cooking process and drain. Chill for 8 hours, if desired. Serve with the premade garlic cream.
