Avocado Mold

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 enveloples unflavored gelatin
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 3/4 cup boiling water
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon onion, grated
• 2 teaspoons tabasco sauce
• 2 1/2 cups ripe avocado
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup salad dressing

Instructions:

Soften the gelatin in cold water. Stir into the boiling water then add the lemon juice, salt, onion and tabasco. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Stir in the avocado, sour cream and salad dressing. Pour into a mold and chill until firm.
