In a large bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl beat the eggs with a fork then beat in the milk, honey and butter. Add to the flour mixture and stir just until blended. Fold in the bacon and corn then fill greased muffin pans 2/3rds full. Bake in a preheated oven at 400° oven until it tests clean in the center, 15 to 25 minutes.
