Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 (15oz ea) cans mandarin oranges, drained and chilled
- 1 bunch red lead lettuce, torn
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn
- 1 (16oz) package bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 (4oz) package sliced almonds, toasted
Instructions:
Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, basil and hot sauce. Add the oranges and lettuces and toss gently until coated. Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon and sliced almonds. Serve immediately.
