Baked Corn Pudding

Preheat your oven to 325°. Grease a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, eggs and onion, mixing well. Combine the flour, salt, pepper, sugar and nutmeg, then mix into the corn mixture. Add the butter, cream and pimiento, mixing well. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, then place that dish inside a larger pan. Pour hot water, 1-inch deep, around the baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until firm.
