Combine the honey, soy sauce, onion, ginger and garlic in a large sealable plastic bag and add the chicken. Seal and chill for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Coat a rack in a roasting pan with a cooking spray. Remove the chicken from a marinade and place breast side up on a rack. Pour the marinade over the chicken and tuck the wings under. Bake, covered with aluminum foil at 375° for 45 minutes. Uncover and coat the chicken with cooking spray and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer in the thigh registers at 180°, basting occasionally. Remove from the oven and let stand for 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish if desired if gourmet salad greens and lemon slices.
