Combine the first 4 ingredients, reserving 2 tablespoons of the crumb mixture. Press the remaining crumb mix into the bottom and 1-inch up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Beat the cream cheese and next 6 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour into the crust and sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until set. Cool on a wire rack and chill for 4 to 5 hours. Remove the sides of the pan.
