In a mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Add the sugar and half of the bisquick. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed with an electric mixer. Add the remaining bisquick and raisins and blend well until smooth. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place until double in size, about 30 minutes. Stir dowon the batter then spread evenly in a greased loaf pan. Let rise again until the batter reaches 1/4-inch from the top of the pan, about 30 to 40 minutes. Smooth the batter by patting with floured hands. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 375°.
