Combine the first seven ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Rub the tenderloin with the olive oil, then coat with the spice mixture. Place in a roasting pan, cover and chill for 8 hours. Bake at 500° for 15 minutes or until browned. Lower the temperature to 375° and bake for 20 more minutes or until the meat has reached your desired degree of doneness. Let stand for 10 minutes. Slice, then serve with horseradish mayonnaise. Garnish if desired.
