Ingredients:
- 1 (16oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (16oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss. Serve chilled or at room temperature, will store for 1 day.
