Blissful Vinaigrette Salad

Ingredients:

• 2 heads of butter lettuce
• 8 individual rings of red onion
• 4oz crumbled bleu cheese
• 1 small bottle LaMartinique poppy seed dressing
• fresh ground pepper

Instructions:

Rinse the lettuce thoroughly, then shred into bite-sized pieces and dry completely in a salad spinner. Whisk the bleu cheese and dressing together. Place the lettuce on individual salad plates and top with the 2 rings of red onion, then add the whisked dressing mix over each salad. Season with ground pepper and serve.
