Dissolve the jello in the hot water and cool. Cream together the cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla. Mix together the jello and cheese mixtures and whip with a beater. Chill until firm. Drain the can of blueberries and save the liquid. Using the liquid, combine with water to make 3 1/4-cups of liquid. Top the firm cheese with the blueberries. Make the 2 packages of cherry jello with the blueberry liquid. Let the cherry jello stand until it is the consistency of egg whites, then pour on top of the cheese mixture.
