Cook the onion in the butter until soft and then mix in the bread crumbs. Spread half of the crumbs in a greased baking pan and then arrange the fish fillets on top. Prepare the sauce and then spread the sauce on top of the fish, then sprinkle with the remaining bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes and then garnish with parsley.
