Bran & Raisin Muffins

Heat oven to 400°F. Grease sixteen 2 to 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups. Stir bran, raisins, milk and molasses in medium-size bowl until mixed well. Allow mixture to stand for 15 minutes, then stir in eggs and vegetable oil. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Stir bran mixture into flour mixture only until just blended. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan cups, filling each nearly to the top. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until lightly browned and sharp knife inserted in the muffin comes out clean. Yield: 16 muffins.
