Brown the sausage in a medium skillet. Drain and discard any fat and set aside to cool. Lightly beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add the milk, mustard powder and salt, blending well. Stir in the bread crusts, sausage and cheese, mixing well. Pour in to a shallow 2-quart glass baking dish and refrigerate overnight. Preheat the oven to 350°. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until edges are brown. Cut into wedges and serve hot or at room temperature.
