Broccoli and Cauliflower Au Gratin

Cook the frozen vegetables as their packaging directs. Drain them and place in a 2-quart casserole dish. Melt the butter over low heat and then stir in the flour and seasonings, stirring until it is smooth and bubbly. Remove from the heat and stir in the milk. Continue stirring over low heat until it turns thick. Sprinkle the onion, cheese and pimiento over the vegetables and then pour the sauce on top of everything. Sprinkle with the crushed crackers and paprika, then bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
