Butter Form Cake

Ingredients:

• 1/2 pound butter
• 6 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups cake flour, sifted

Instructions:

Melt the butter then put aside to cool. Beat the eggs until light, then mix in the sugar and cake flour. Fold in the melted butter and pour into an ungreased tube pan. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes, then lower the oven to 300° and bake for 40 additional minutes.
