Mix graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, cinnamon and melted butter. Press the mixture into the sides and bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Combine the eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond extract and beat smooth. Blend in the sour cream, then pour the mixture on top of the crust in the pan. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes or just until set. Let cool, then chill for 5 hours.
