Ingredients:
- 2 (10oz) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 (10 3/4oz) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup (4oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
Instructions:
Combine broccoli, eggs, soup, cheese and mayonnaise. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with the stuffing mix. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
