Chicken A La King

Melt the margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and onion and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 5 minutes or until the chicken is browned. Add the mushrooms, continuing to cook for an additional minute. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add the milk, peas, pimiento, salt and pepper over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is thickened and bubbly. Cut each slice of toasted bread into 4 triangles, then serve the chicken mixture with 4 toast triangles, sprinkling with paprika.
