Simmer 1 tablespoon butter and mushrooms with juice in small saucepan. Melt the other 2 tablespoons of butter in a larger pan and add the flour, chicken stock, egg and cream, mixing thoroughly. Add lemon juice and cook until thick. Add the mushrooms & butter last. Pour sauce over chicken and enjoy.
