Chicken Parmesan

Place the chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4-inch thick with a mallet or rolling pin. Dip the chicken in the beaten egg, then dredge in crumbs. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the chicken and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Pour spaghetti sauce over the chicken. Cover, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Cover and simmer for 5 more minutes or until the cheeses melt.
