In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, capers and chicken broth, mixing well. Set aside. Season the chicken with garlic salt and plenty of black pepper. Place the flour in a small shallow dish and coat each piece of chicken with flour, turning to coat each side. Heat the olive oil in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, approximately 5 to 7 minutes per side. When the chicken is nicely browned, add the lemon juice mixture and cook for a few minutes until the sauce begins to thicken. Serve over angel hair pasta with plenty of grated parmesan cheese.
