Chicken Provolone

Instructions:

Pound chicken breasts until slightly thinner. Place slice of provolone cheese on each breast, roll up and secure with toothpicks. Roll breasts in butter and then roll in mixture of bread crumbs and romano cheese. Place in greased 9x9-inch pan and bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more.
