Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped & toasted
- 1 (11oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon onion, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- leaves of lettuce
Instructions:
Combine the chicken, celery, grapes, almonds, and oranges in a bowl. Combine the mayonnaise, onion and salt together, then mix into the chicken mixture, stirring gently. Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
