Chicken with Artichokes

Sprinkle the chicken with paprika, salt and pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, then add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove the chicken and set aside. Melt the remaining butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add the artichoke hearts and green onions, and saute for 1 minute. Stir together 2/3rds cup of water, 1/4 cup sherry, cornstarch, chicken bouillon and rosemary, then add to the artichoke mixture. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
