Combine the first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan, then cook, stirring often over low heat until the chocolate melts. Remove from the heat and cool slightly. Beat the eggs and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth, then add the chocolate mixture, beating well. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt and add to the chocolatem ixture, stirring just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Fodl in the chocolate morsels, pecans and walnuts. Drop the batter by the tablespoonful 2-inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 325° for 12 to 15 minutes or until done. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 1 minute, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
