Preheat the oven to 375° Sprinkle the inside of a buttered souffle dish with a little sugar. Heat the milk, chocolate and 2 tablespoons of sugar together in a small saucepan until the chocolate is melted. Set aside. Melt the butter in a medium-size saucepan. Remove from the heat. Stir in the flour and 4 tablespoons sugar. Gradually stir in the chocolate-milk-sugar mixture. Return to the heat. Stir until the mixture thickens and resembles a chocoalte cream sauce. Remove from the heat. Very rapidly beat the egg yolks into the chocolate mixture. Transfer to a large bowl. Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry. Add the remaining tablespoon of sugar and beat for 30 seconds. Fold into the chocolate base. Pour into the prepared souffle dish and bake for 20 minutes, serve immediately.
