Ingredients:
- 2 quarts cooked chicken, coarsely cut
- 2 cans (5oz ea) wawter chestnuts
- 2 pounds white seedless grapes, halved
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup almonds, slivered and toasted
- 1 large can pineapple chunks
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions:
Toss all ingredients together and chill. Serve on bed of lettuce or on a sandwich.
