Cinnamon Apple Salad

Instructions:

Cook candies and sugar in water until dissolved, then add the apples and cook until tender, about 30 minutes. Chill. Stuff the filling (below) into the core hold of the apples and serve on lettuce leaf harnished with watercress. Cinnamon stick works well for a "stem".
