Cocktail Crab Meat

Ingredients:

• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1/2 green pepper, chopped
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 (10 1/2oz) can crabmeat
• 1/4 pound velveeta cheese
• 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
• 4 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon crab juice
• assorted crackers

Instructions:

Cook the onion and green pepper in the butter, then add the crabmeat, saving the juice. Melt the cheese then add the red pepper, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and crab juice. Combine with the crabmeat mixture and chill then serve with assorted crackers.
