Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound of dried green fettuccine noodles
- 1 red onion, minced
- 2 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 3/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
Saute onion in oil. Cook noodles and drain. Mix all ingredients together while noodles are still warm. Chill overnight and serve.
