Company Casserole

Ingredients:

• 1 8oz package noodles
• 1 pound ground beef
• 2 8oz cans tomato sauce
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup chopped green onions
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
• 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:

Boil noodles, then drain and rinse. Brown the ground beef, then stir in the tomato sauce and turn off the heat. Combine all other ingredients except for the butter in a mixing bowl. Spread half of the cooked noodles in a 3 quart casserole dish and cover with the cheese mixture. Put the remaining noodles on top and pout the melted butter over the entire dish. Spread the meat mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
