Requires 5 sterilized pint jars.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds canned yellow whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 pounds canned tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup chopped unpeeled cucumber
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in large kettle and bring to a hard boil. Remove from heat and ladle immediately into hot sterilized jars, then seal.
