Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water in a medium saucepan and let stand for 1 minute. Cook over low heat, stirring until the gelatin dissolves. Add cream cheese, soup and worcestershire sauce and cook over low heat, stirring until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the mayonnaise and the remaining ingredients. Pour into a lightly oiled 5-cup mold. Cover and chill until firm. Serve with crackers.
