Crabmeat Quiche

Line the unbaked pie shell with the cheese. Cover with a layer of crabmeat and shrimp. Combine the cream, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, cayenne and nutmeg. Stir in the butter and sherry, beating well. Pour over the seafood in the shell. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until browned and it tests clean. Let stand at least 20 minutes before serving.
