Filling

Combine the ingredients and beat well. Pour into the crust and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes, then pour on the topping.

Topping

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together, beating well and pour on to the cooled cake. Sprinkle with the reserved crumbs from the crust and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool then refrigerate.
