Sprinkle gelatin over cold water, let stand 1 minute. Heat soup in a large saucepan. Add softened gelatin mixture to soup. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves and mixture is throughly heated (do not boil). Remove from heat.
Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise, mixing well at medium speed with an electric mixer. Add to soup mixture, mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a lightly oiled 4-cup mold, cover and chill until firm. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
