Crumb Topped Chicken Legs

Preheat the broiler. Rub chicken legs lightly with salt, then place the chicken skin-side down on a rack in the broiling pan. About 7 to 9 inches from the source of heat, broil the chicken for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Turn the chicken legs skin-side up and broil for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until the chicken is tender. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the cornflakes, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, ground red pepper and salt. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the chicken legs then broil for 2 minutes longer until the topping mixture is hot and bubbly. Arrange on a platter and garnish with parsley.
