Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh lump crabmeat, drained
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
Instructions:
Whisk together the sugar, white wine vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper together in a mixing bowl. Add the cucumber, celery, onion and crabmeat and toss well. Serve over slices of tomato.
