Halve and devil eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, curry powder and salt. Prepare the shrimp and combine with the soup and milk. heat slowly stirring until hot and bubbly. Spoon the rice into a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed eggs over rice, pushing down into the rice. Spoon the shrimp sauce over everything and bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until hot. Garnish with parsley.
