Dill Popovers

In a medium bowl mix the flour and salt well, then set aside. In a small bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and dillweed, then stir in 1 tablespoon butter. Gradually stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture until smooth. With the remaining 1 tablespoon butter generously grease six 6oz glass custard cups and fill halfway with batter. Place in a cold oven on a baking sheet and bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden.
