Blend the cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice together. Beat the egg whites until foamy in a separate bowl and then beat in the sugar, a tablespoon at a time until you have stiff peaks. Beat the cream until stiff in a separate bowl and then fold the cream into the egg whites. Fold this into the cream mixture, and then fold in the remaining ingredients. Pour mix into an 8-inch square pan and freeze.
