In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Pour half of the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place 6 slices of bread in the bottom of the dish. Let sit for 30 minutes, until the bread is soggy, turning once. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet. Add the bread and cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden, turning once. Repeat with the remaining slices, adding more butter if needed. Serve with maple syrup. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh strawberries.
