Frozen Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients:

• 3oz package cream cheese, softened
• 1oz blue cheese
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts
• 1/4 cup maraschino cherries
• 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions:

Blend cheese and mayonnaise until smooth in texture. Add lemon juice, nuts, and cherries. Beat the cream in a separate bowl until stuff and fold into the cheese mixture. Pour into a 1-quart ice tray and freeze.
