Drain fruit and save the juice. Add the juice of a lemon to make 1 cup. Cut up the fruit and chill while also chilling the bananas unpeeled.
Cook juices over burner slowly in a heavy pan. Mix sugar and flour and add to the cooking mixture, while stiring constantly. Beat the egg with a fork and add to the cooking mixture.
Chill the cooked mixture. Beat cream and add to chilled mixture. Add in the fruit and freeze.
