Beat the eggs until thick, then beat in the sugar. Add the corn syrup, heavy cream, lime juice and lime zest and freeze in a refrigerator tray, then beat until fluffy. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar together. Line a refrigerator tray or pie pan with wax paper, then spread with half the crumb mixture. Pour in the beaten lime mixture, then cover with the remaining crumbs. Freeze.
